Il nome persiano Gulnaz non indica un qualsiasi fiore, ma uno il cui profumo e la cui vista delizieranno e forniranno conforto a chiunque si imbatte nel loro cammino.
Ogni passo diventa più pesante dell'ultimo mentre i due amici lentamente si fanno strada verso la vetta. Il bagliore ambrato del calare del sole proietta l'aspro sentiero davanti a loro in netto rilievo.
