RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 and subsequent amendments. further modifications), the buyer may, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the package containing the ordered goods, withdraw from the purchase contract without any reason. To make use of this right, the buyer must use the return form found below and send it via email to info@alinessence.com ; Simple communications via email will also be accepted as long as they contain all the data set out in the attached return form.

The buyer, within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, must send, at his expense, with a courier of his choice and with traceable shipping the returned object which must reach the Point Logistics alinegroup.it within 14 days from the date of the communication accompanied by the commercial document (old receipt). Aline Srl, within the same period, will proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid provided that the returned goods have already been delivered or certain proof has been given, by the Buyer, of the shipment by courier within the indicated terms and that it has been the commercial document was also returned. Aline Srl is not required to reimburse additional costs if the buyer has expressly chosen a type of delivery different from the standard type of delivery offered (insurance costs and fast shipping costs).

 

It is specified that the products, for hygienic and health reasons, must not have been handled, used or worn and must not show signs of wear, dents, abrasions or scratches that could compromise the possibility of being put back on sale, as required by the art. 59 Consumer Code.

 

Aline Srl reserves the right not to accept the return of those products that do not comply with the previous conditions or that show any sign of wear, damage or missing parts and/or accessories contained in the delivery shipment. It is specified that the customer will be held responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Aline Srl is never responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the returned goods and in the event of obvious tampering with the package upon receipt as a return, the same will be rejected to give the customer the opportunity to take action against the carrier and start the procedure courier or postal insurance. Any risk relating to transport, therefore, remains the responsibility of the customer.

 

If there are more than one products to be returned, the return must be made in a single shipment and never in separate shipments under penalty of forfeiture of the right itself.

 

The return of products beyond the legal deadline established for withdrawal and without a commercial document will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for Customers who are not considered Consumers and who purchase with an indication of VAT number.
